How to choose a college in Kathmandu
- Affiliation letter first: ask to see the current affiliation/affiliation-renewal letter. No letter, no admission.
- Visit labs and classes: working computers, library stock and ongoing classes beat brochures.
- Total cost in writing: full-program fees with all headings plus refund policy before paying.
- Results and stability: ask about faculty continuity and past results; talk to current students in the canteen.
- Scholarships and quotas: confirm current schemes in writing; never pay anyone for “reserved seats”.
Admission information
Admission windows, entrance needs and document lists differ per institution and year. Start from the official website linked above (verified entries) or the institution's notice board, and keep citizenship photos, transcripts and character certificates ready.
