Steps
1Open the official NTC app
Log in with your number. Balance, data left and expiry show on the home screen.
2Try dial codes as backup
Use currently published balance/data codes. If one fails, the code rotated - check the app.
3Read validity dates
Balance and data expire separately. Note both to avoid surprise cutoffs.
4Recharge what fits
Top up via app, banking or wallets matched to the pack you actually use.
Good to know: Screenshot wrong deductions immediately with timestamps before calling support.
