Nine of ten SSL errors on your own device are wrong date/time. Fix that first before touching anything else.
Steps
1Fix date and time
Enable automatic date/time and timezone. HTTPS breaks when your clock is days off.
2Clear SSL/cache for the site
Hard-refresh (Ctrl+F5) and clear that site's data. Stale cached certificates cause phantom errors.
3Pause HTTPS scanning
Antivirus 'web shield' SSL scanning breaks certificates. Temporarily disable to test, then update the antivirus.
4Try another network
Works on mobile data? Your Wi-Fi hotspot/office intercepts traffic - avoid logins there.
Good to know: Only click Advanced > Proceed on sites you own or fully trust. Never for banking or wallets.
