2Read the full notice first
Eligibility, documents, fees, deadlines - the notice answers 90% of questions.
3Prepare scans to spec
Sizes, formats and photo specs exactly as asked. Wrong specs auto-reject.
4Track with references
Save application IDs and receipts. Check status weekly, follow up with proof.
Good to know: 'Agent' shops outside offices charge for free forms. The portal plus this method is enough.
