How to Fix WiFi Connected but No Internet
Full signal, nothing loads? Work through router, ONT, DNS and ISP in order.

Signal bars only mean router connection, not internet. Diagnose layer by layer instead of random restarts.
Steps
1Check the ONT lights
LOS red or PON off = fiber/line fault. No user fix - note it and call ISP support with photos.
2Restart properly
Unplug ONT and router 30 seconds, ONT first back on, wait 3 minutes, then router.
3Test one wired device
Cable laptop to router. Works wired? Problem is Wi-Fi settings - forget and rejoin network.
4Try different DNS
Set 1.1.1.1 on the device. Some outages are DNS-only and vanish instantly.
Good to know: Ask neighbours on the same ISP: all down means area fault - one complaint ticket covers everyone.
