Forgot Wi-Fi Password? See It on Connected Devices
You need your own Wi-Fi password for a new device. Find it on an already-connected phone or laptop.

If any phone or laptop is still connected, you can view the saved password in seconds. Otherwise check the router sticker or admin page.
Steps
1On Android
Go to Wi-Fi settings, tap the connected network, tap Share - the password shows under the QR code (after screen lock).
2On Windows
Open Network settings > adapter > Wireless Properties > Security tab > tick 'Show characters'.
3On the router sticker
The default password is printed under the router - useful only if nobody changed it.
4Via router admin page
Log into 192.168.1.1 with admin credentials, open Wireless settings, and view the key.
5Ask your ISP for a reset
If nothing works, your ISP support can reset the router password after verifying you.
Good to know: Only look up passwords for networks you own or are allowed to use. Accessing someone else's network without permission is illegal.
FAQ
Should I change the default router password?
Yes - change both the Wi-Fi password and the router admin password so neighbours cannot log into your router.
